Contacting us
If you contact us via a form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in case of any follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

We have entered into a data processing agreement with the provider. As the privacy of our users is important to us, user data is pseudonymised (e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits). The data is deleted regularly (currently every 26 months).

Google reCaptcha
Our website uses the reCaptcha service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to protect against spam and malicious interactions via email. When you use our contact form, reCaptcha is automatically activated; user data such as your IP address, browser details, operating system and possibly other data are collected by Google to distinguish genuine users from bots. If you do not wish this to happen, please use your own email programme to send us a message by email. The legal basis for this is Section 96(3) of the Telecommunications Act (TKG) and Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. YouTube
Provided you have given your consent, YouTube videos will be displayed on our website. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. YouTube collects your IP address, browser data and possibly other information for statistical purposes. If you are logged in to Google or YouTube, this data may be linked to your user account. If you do not wish this to happen, you must log out beforehand. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see ‘Cookies’ below), so that YouTube videos are no longer displayed on the website.
